

Our residents are the life blood of our
clients' success. We highly value each resident and pledge to respect you as
individuals and enhance your peaceful enjoyment of the home.
In order to assist you, we are providing
several suggestions for care and maintenance:
Normal monthly activities
Immediately Report to Integrity Alliance Properties, Inc. any conditions
which need attention.
Regularly mow the lawn and participate in our fertilizing program.
Routinely replace the furnace filter every four months.
Test the smoke detectors monthly.
Make a safety check for electric wiring, plumbing, locks, windows, lighting,
and
hazardous materials.
Know where the emergency water, gas, and electric shut-off valves are.
Winterizing the home
Rake the leaves promptly and remove all debris from the yard.
Cover the foundation vents in November and remove them in April.
Turn off all exterior faucets where possible. If no shut-off valves are
available, please purchase protective covers.
Leave faucets dripping during extreme cold conditions.
If you have an oil furnace, do not let the tank go below 8".
If you leave on vacation, please notify us and set the thermostat above 55
degrees.
Work orders
Our normal office hours are 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
In the case of emergency during non-office hours, please call 503-516-1224 immediately
and one of our staff members will return your call promptly.
What is an emergency?
Hazardous electrical and non-functional plumbing, fire, and any other
condition which could bring harm to either the resident or the property.
